International
Orders
International orders will be shipped via USPS and generally take
up to two weeks in transit. For international shipping (including Canada),
please email us directly at
tfred@caffcoproducts.com
for rates and approximate delivery time. Payment for international orders
will be either by credit card or International Money Order and in US
dollars.
Shipping Time Table:
Orders received by 3 PM PST Monday through Friday are processed and
shipped within 24 hours. Orders received after 3 PM PST are processed
next business day. Orders after 3 PM PST Friday are processed next business
day.
Returns and Refunds
All returns must be authorized by ScienceThings within 30 days of the
invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace at
our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective.
All non-defective returns
authorized by ScienceThings are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and
must be returned within 30 days from date of invoice. Prior to shipping
your return, please email tfred@caffcoproducts.com to get
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be packed
in a manner so products will not be damaged during transit.

Security Standard
What is SSL?
Any time ScienceThings requests input of a credit card number, we transmit
that credit card number in an encrypted format. We use the industry-standard
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption that allows ScienceThings to transmit
credit card information for verification purposes so you can shop and
complete transactions online.
Please note as companies quickly move forward with numerous e-commerce
initiatives, there are inevitably some unforeseen occurrences. Unfortunately,
no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100%
secure. As a result, while we strive to protect you in every way possible
online, ScienceThings cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security
of your information. What you transmit to ScienceThings or from our
online products or services, you do so at your own risk. Once we receive
your transmission, we will make our best effort to ensure its security
on our systems.
